Reverse Crunch⠀
⠀
The reverse crunch is a core exercise that targets the muscles of the lower abdomen. If you’re trying to find an exercise that gets rids of belly fat once and for all, then try incorporating them in your workout routine. ⠀
To perform a reverse crunch, lie flat on your back with your hands beneath your hips. Lower your feet back down just above the floor to complete one repetition. Chelsea is showing you the more difficult version of the reverse crunch, if you are a beginner or struggling, bend your knees. Get in touch if you have any questions. Avoid this by doing it slowly and with control. ⠀
Only your tailbone and hips should be raised from the mat in the upward phase. Stop when you lose contact with more of your back. If you are doing the reverse crunch slowly you are less likely to go too far than when you are using momentum and doing it in a quicker motion.⠀
On the downward return, be sure that you don't roll too far and the knees end up in front of the hips. If you are going slowly you should be able to stop, but if you lack the strength to go slow you might find yourself letting your body drop instead. This is a sign that you need more ab strengthening before being able to do the reverse crunch with good form.⠀
⠀
If you have any back or neck injuries or conditions, talk to your doctor or physical therapist about whether this exercise is appropriate for you. ⠀
⠀
.⠀⠀
.⠀⠀
.⠀⠀
.⠀⠀
#csdfitness #fitness, #fitnessgoals, #fitnesstips, #fitnessfun, #fitnesstransformation, #fitinspiration, #fitnesstrainer, #exercisemotivation, #fitsporation, #fitnessgoal, #fitlifestyle, #fitstagram, #workouts, #fitnessinspiration, #fitjourney, #fitnesschallenge, #trainharder, #training, #workouttips, #workoutroutine, #workoutideas, #personaltrainer, #fitnessprofessional, #workoutcomplete, #fitnesslife, #toptiptuesday, #trainhard, #workoutplans, #dedication.
