Haven’t played competitive rugby in a couple years but after just one season of training with this machine doing fitness, strength, and explosive training I’m inspired to lace up again. I went to couple of his trainings and games and would think I train like a powerhouse athlete but I don’t put it to use🤦🏼♂️. Been doing quite a bit of skill work last couple months, this month is a huge step up for my fitness so gotta keep grinding haven’t done a broncos yet so I’ll be testing that pretty soon.
