I know, sounds weird...its an innate thing our body does without even thinking about it.
😯 But have you ever CONSCIOUSLY started your day with breathing? Laying in bed and taking deep breaths while feeling the air fill your lungs?
Controlling our breath and using it to help strengthen us (mentally and physically) is super important during exercise.
Your breath will affect your performance in a workout -- when you have controlled purposeful breathing during exercise, it will increase your strength, stamina and performance!
Plus breathing during exercise will create a natural rhythm to follow as you weight train.
💪 Try this breathing technique when you are strength training;
👉 Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth while exerting to lift your weights, noticing how the load is easier to lift/push/pull while you exhale.
