There have been so many transformations for me in the past year. Most of which cannot be seen physically. 💯

I think the biggest was dealing with the fact that I have a benign tumour in the central part of my brain. •
Knowing there is something in your brain that you can’t do anything about is an extremely difficult thing to handle. 😞

So, for me to pick myself up and get back to my journey after having to put it on pause for 10 months was a huge transformational moment in my life! ❤️
