Sticking with the no meat theme and swapped the beef for lentils π¦ Iβve also added an ingredients photo because Iβm feeling a bit extra (or meat deprived) π€ ππΌ

Easy to make:
ππΌ Fry the onions & garlic for 5
ππΌ Next add celery & carrots for 5
ππΌ Then add peppers, spring onions and chilli for 3 ππΌ Lastly add chicken stock dissolved in boiling water, spices & chopped tomatoes & cook for 10 mins β
