After seeing how much these two love adventure I have stopped rewarding behaviour with treats, instead I am giving them a choice to choose our next place to explore.
After arriving home from Bali it was time for Eli and Aaliyah to return to their beds, they had been sleeping in mine all winter so it was time.
They get to choose something special to do in order to connect together so last night they achieved this together. Eli chose pancakes at great nans how special.
I have noticed the changes in behaviour if I don’t restrict technology between 4-7 each night so we connect and go for a walk followed by meditation to go to sleep. It’s not always this easy but I have found that making these 3 changes has helped me handle the solo parenting gig so much better.
