Coral Reef in Epcot has a pretty interesting vegan appetizer. This is a Mushroom (Lobster-Style) Salad which features vegan mayo, hearts of palm, mushrooms, avocado, and tomato. This wasn’t our favorite, it was just cold and flavorless when we got it, but we’ve heard that others really enjoyed theirs. 🐡 #vegandisneyworld •
