Hey guys here’s a quick and effective triceps workout. You can do move by itself for 3-4 sets or you can try and challenge yourself by super setting (doing all the moves back to back ) the exercises and shoot for 3-4 sets. TRY IT OUT AND GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK.
