𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀!
I finally made my way over to @honeygrow in East Liberty for lunch the other day. I decided to go with their seasonal Harvest Soba Stir-fry. My diet has been lacking something called vegetables lately and this stir-fry was a great way for me to get some veggies without eating a salad. It was made with soba noodles, carrots, parsnips, rutabaga and kale. Cooked in a ginger garlic scallion sauce this dish was full of flavor. I'll have to try out more soon!
