Alix’s thoughts: the mushrooms stole the show!!! So full of flavor and rich in taste!! I couldn’t get enough! The yard bird was tasty drizzled with the mushroom oil, but lacked flavor otherwise! It was moist which made up for its absence of flavor. Paired with the mushrooms it knoxed my socks off!
