This wine is called "Tangente" and it is tangential to a good wine, it doesn't, however intersect that line. From 2017, a blend of Antão Vaz and Arinto grapes makes a rather dull wine, with medium-low acidity, a very hot year indeed, but not an excuse for this wine, vinified in 5.000L stainless steel vats and aged for 4 months in French new oak (why?...)
The nose bares wet cardboard and over ripe fruit and the mouth is just too uninteresting to develop. Tried to chill it, to let it open, to swirl... Nothing could resucitate this wine... 65/100.
