It appears that our palates are getting more sophisticated as the demand for drier wines seems to be on the increase. Lots more wines are putting a sweetness scale on the back of their wine bottles๐ทโฃโฃ

However sweetness level in wine is so much more complicated than the residual sugar number (of course it is). Wines with high acid, such as this Riesling from @giesenwines also have high acid. Therefore the wine, although technically medium sweet, is actually very balanced & refreshing upon tasting. โฃโฃ
