For me - if it was one country - it’d be Japan (sorry Italy - I have a soft spot in my heart for your food too, but Japan…it’s my #countrycrush in every way and food is one I cannot ignore - never had a meal I thought of as mediocre or even average).

Tokyo dazzles. Like any big city would (or should). I feel saddened by the lashing it had to endure from typhoon Hagibis, hoping our friends in Tokyo are ok.
