GW Fins is most likely the best seafood restaurant in the French Quarter.

Right around the block from the chaos on Bourbon Street, GW Fins is a must.

As in you just make a reservation. We didn't but we're fine waiting a half hour for a seat at the bar.

We shared all our plates because we weren't super hungry. I mean we HAVE been eating our way through this city, as you've seen.

We started with the seafood Gumbo with rice, which was absolutely delicious. I mean I could have eaten a full serving easily.

We then had the red fish Tempura wings which were to die for! Sweet yet delicate and oh do good. •
We closed it out with the barbecued shrimp with goat cheese grits. I nearly drank the sauce it was that fantastic.

If you love fish then this is your spot. Not to be missed.
