Chocolate sfogliatelle
For those who do not know what these are, it’s essentially like a stuffed Italian version of croissant, with several layers of a pastry very similar to phyllo dough. The stuffing can be either semolina or if you want to make lobster tail pastries, pate choux and pastry cream(I did that one because that one is just more to my preference). They’re a labor of love to make and roll, but the more calories burned off from making these = the more of these I can shove into my mouth 😜
