After 4 long days of hard work I am thrilled to present you my first wedding cake: pistachio sponge, almond crunch, raspberry jelly, lemon and lime mousse, mirror glaze. All decorations (branch, roses, hearts, cake collars, the stand for the hearts) are hand made from chocolate, everything you see in the picture is edible and delicious.
