4 rounds 45 seconds work 15 seconds rest, 1 minute between each round:
➡️Step up jump (x2 leading with opposite leg on second set)
➡️Oblique crunch (x2 alternate side) ➡️High knee into lateral leg raise (x2 alternate leg)
➡️Side plank pulses (x2 alternate side)
