This week is all about Citrus in our Florida Nature Guide curriculum! We kicked off the week by visiting a beautiful grove over the weekend. We got to take a grove tour, learned all about oranges, got to taste a fresh orange right off the tree, and even sampled some orange juice and grapefruit juice! It was amazing!

I love finding family run places and @ridgeislandgroves was just lovely! Everyone was so wonderful to talk to and our grove tour guide, Savannah was so sweet and so knowledgeable! We really had a great time! Can't wait to go back this winter and again in the spring for peaches!! If you find yourself in Central Florida, go check them out! .
