Make this wicked treat with: â
12 oz/360g Pumpkin, diced into 2 inch cubesâ
2 tsp Olive Oilâ
3 oz/100g Kale, torn into small piecesâ
2 tsp Olive Oilâ
1 tsp Minced Garlic â
250g/8oz Pasta Spirals(or shape of choice)â
3 tsp Rawnice Activated Charcoal Powderâ

Balsamic Maple Dressing:â
Âź C Balsamic Vinegarâ
Âź C Olive Oilâ
½ tsp Minced Garlicâ
1 ½ tbsp Maple Syrupâ
1 tbsp Dijon Mustardâ
Salt/Pepper, to taste â

Garnish:â
½ C Toasted Flaked Almondsâ

C stoned & halved Olives â

Method:â
Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine diced Pumpkin and 2 tsp Olive Oil in a bowl. Season with Salt & Pepper, toss to combine. Disperse pumpkin onto a baking tray lined with non-stick cooking paper. â
Roast for 20-25 mins or until tender and golden.â
In a saute pan, heat 2 tsp Olive Oil with ½ tsp of Minced Garlic. Add torn Kale & saute until Kale has slightly wilted & is no longer tough. Season with Salt & Pepper, set aside.â
Bring a pot of water to boil & cook the pasta according to directions. Once al dente, drain immediately & pour into a large bowl. Add 3 tsp of Activated Charcoal Powder to hot pasta & toss to combine. Your pasta should turn a witchy shade of black. â
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients for Balsamic Dressing until combined. Pour ž of the dressing on the pasta and toss. Gently fold in your Roasted Pumpkin, Kale, Toasted Almonds & Olives.â
Serve in a large bowl, & garnish with more Almonds, Olives & the remainder of your Balsamic Dressing. â
