Who said we can't eat pizza on diet?? Come on! Pizza is loaded with veggies so somehow it's nutritive but you just have to ditch your maida base and switch it with the healthy alternative just like the one I used here, which is Omelette. <br />You heard it right! This is Omelette Pizza  and lemme tell you one thing,  those who don't eat eggs or omelette won't even get to know that the base is made of it. Heehaw! So in short, it's a high protein Pizza which you can enjoy very often but in moderation. Do not end up eating this whole pizza because I know you won't  be able to stop yourself at one slice hence warning you before. <br />Also I always prefer using homemade pizza  sauce so that I don't have to worry about  the preservatives and yes, I love cheese a lot but you can add it according to your dietary  needs. <br />Honestly tell me, what else do you want if not this? <br />Do lemme know in the comments if you want it's recipe.<br /><br />Omlette Pizza<br /><br />3 large eggs<br />Salt to taste<br />1/4 tsp black pepper<br />1/2 tsp red chilli powder<br /><br />3 tbsp butter<br />2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped<br />1 tbsp fresh coriander<br /><br />1 tsp oil<br />4 bread slice<br />2 tbsp pizza sauce<br />4 tbsp mozzarella cheese<br />1/2 cup coloured bellpepper, sliced<br />1/2 cup onion, sliced<br />1 tsp oregano<br />1 tsp red chilli flakes<br /><br />Instructions :<br /><br />1. To a bowl, add eggs, salt, black pepper and red chilli powder. Whisk untill mixture is frothy.<br />2. To another bowl, add butter, garlic and coriander and mix well.<br />3. Now grease the pan and pour egg mixture in it, let it cook a bit.<br />4. Place 2 whole bread slice on top of half cooked omlette. Do required chopping of the other 2 bread slices (triangles) to fit it in the round pan over the omlette.<br />5. Gently press the bread slices into the omlette.<br />6. Apply the prepared garlic butter over the bread.<br />7. Flip the omlette and switch off the flame.<br />8. Spread the pizza sauce over omlette, followed by 3 tbsp cheese. Place the sliced veggies over it. Then add another tbsp cheese. Lastly add oregano and chilli flakes.<br />9. Next grease the pan from the sides with the leftout garlic butter.<br />10. Now turn on the flame to low, cover the pan and let it cook untill cheese melts.<br />11. Cut into slices and serve hot.

4 tbsp mozzarella cheese
