Dhone Pata Chicken! This one is a family recipe, I learnt from my grand aunt, my mom’s maashi. She can make the tastiest dishes out of the most simple ingredients. Thanks to her, I’ve learnt to make so many awesome dishes.
This chicken preparation is made with a paste of #corianderleaves #garlic and #greenchillies
Then I added salt and a generous dose of pepper. In #mustardoil I tempered a few #cloves and #peppercorns added the paste, fried on high flame for a minute, added the #chickenlegs and covered and cooked for a good 30 minutes on low flame.
This can be made with shredded chicken too, and can be served as a starter!
