All of my friends are having babies and here I am with kids about to leave the nest in a few years... they are worrying about spit up, diapers, sleep!🌛 and I am worrying about colleges, boys 🙄, them getting jobs and teaching them responsibility.
even though we are at different stages of life, one thing we have in common that we wish we had more of is TIME ⏳. Time to spend with them and time to be the type of parent we wanted to be. I am so thankful as a beachbody coach to have created the time... so I could go on the field trips, see them off the bus every day, have dinner as a family, and have fun on the weekends instead of getting the rushed, burnt out me.
Time is something we can never get back. but it is something you can create more of by doing the things you love most.
