🍂Meal Prep Monday🍂
Woke up to a ever so slightly chilly Florida breeze (until like 9 a.m.) and I am HERE FOR IT. It’s crazy how little things like that can instantly boost my mood. Now, if only it could stay cool all day ☀️
Today was a Monday, as Mondays are. 🙃 But this meal prep I did yesterday makes me feel more prepared for the week because at least I know I’ll be eating good 🤤

So, let’s break it down:
🥬Turkey taco bowls for three lunches and a dinner (one meal pictured): organic ground turkey cooked in a skillet with @primalpalate Taco Seasoning. I eat it cold with organic green leaf lettuce + organic brown rice + black beans + salsa + 1/4 of an avo🥑 + a lime wedge.
🍝Red lentil penne: Cooked according to @barilla (one ingredient!) instructions and served with no-sugar-added marinara + those roasted veggies you see.
🍁Pumpkin spice delicata (leftover from recipe a few posts back)
🥕Organic carrots roasted with avo spray oil + @primalpalate Adobo Seasoning at 400F for 30 mins.
🥒 Zucchini roasted with avo spray oil + @primalpalate Adobo Seasoning at 400F for 20-22 mins.
🍌Paleo banana muffins (post coming this week!)
🎃MY FAVORITE pumpkin pie @perfectbar!!! (I bought a whole box lol)
