Fresh lasagna sheets cut into 1 inch strips
Roasted butternut squash with rosemary
1/2 cup marscapone cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 tbs white truffle oil
Salt and pepper
Mozzarella and parm 1. In a bowl mix squash, cheeses, egg, oil, salt and pepper 2. Cook lasagna noodle strips al dente 3. In a baking dish add noodles and squash mix well
4. Top with mozzarella and parm bake 350 30min till golden brown (add chicken or sausage to it if you want)
