EPCOT FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL - TERIYAKI GLAZED SPAM HASH - With potatoes, onions, peppers and a spicy sriracha mayo!
Feeling inspired today by Epcot’s food and wine festival dishes and decided to recreate one myself!
Gotta say I was impressed...The teriyaki glaze on the spam works really well and adds a nice sweet, caramelised finish. Add some sautéed peppers, onions and a spicy hit from the sriracha mayo and you have a great balance of flavours and textures.
Will deffo be giving this another go down the line! Maybe after I try a few more dishes from the festival 👀
