Sauté onion, garlic, bell papers, celery add a lil bit of flour, put on medium heat stir it for 3 mins, add water let that simmer for about 15 mins on medium heat while stirring occasionally. Add spices of your choice but mine was seasoning salt, black pepper, Cajun, garlic and herbs. Then add your crawfish tails and shrimp. Let them simmer for 10 mins.
