Cao lầu - a bowl of noodles with slices of barbeque pork, pork crackling, beansprouts, lettuce and herbs.
It's a regional Hoi An speciality because the water used in the dish must be drawn from a well in the nearby Ba Le well drugged by the Cham people.
For me, this bowl of noodle is too sweet, but I would still recommend to try this local street food if you're in Hoi An.
