Went for a morning run and was craving something wholesome N filling! I watched a YouTube video how to make Tahini pasta and realised that i was making it slightly wrong! I used to put tahini direct from the jar on the cooked pasta and it was dead blend lol now I learned to make the sauce before - with pasta-cooked-water and salt/pepper and some herbs, mixed them well to make the consistency a bit fluid-y. I added a bit of veggies (just to clear my tiny fridge). Yum yum way better 😂
