곱창을 사람들이 많이 다르게 말하는데 여기서 곱창은 대박 맛있다. 소금곱창은 너무 쉬은 거 같은데 맛이 정말 많고 고소해요. 양념곱창 소스는 매운데 스파이스랑 단맛이랑 향이 원벽한 밸런스가 나왔다. 서울에서 싱거운 곱창 많아서 싫어하는 사람들 이해하는데 여기서 먹어보면 생각을 바꿀거같아요. 제가 처음으로 갈때부터 야채곱창도 2번에 포장주문했고 항상 좋아요!
Say what you want about 곱창, but when it's prepared well, it's a real treat. This place really does it for me. The salted 곱창 is somehow so simple and packs so much flavor at the same time.The sauces that are used with the 양념 option are really nicely balanced with a strong spiciness and a fun sweetness, paired with the unmistakable aroma of 곱창. I've had lots of bland 곱창 and certainly understand why it's a polarising food. This place might be able to change your mind if you're a hater. I've also ordered the 야채곱창 and think that it's my favorite thing on the menu, and my favorite way to eat intestines.
