In the midst of final year stress, absolute chaos trying to re-learn half of my degree in record time, just popping on here to share some of my skincare journey.
Honestly my skin should be the worst ever due to my stress levels right now (cortisol what’s up) But haven’t had such soft and texture free skin in awhile. Recently added these products to my skincare routine - two serums and a moisturizer and I’m blown away by the rapid change.
Quick run down of the basics:
Buffet: a peptide serum, basically targets many forms of aging in one formula using Matrixyl 3000, Syn-Ake and Relistase, which work in with 11 skin-friendly Amino Acids.
Granactive retinoid 2% emulsion: gentle product, only 2% of the product is retinol meaning it’s relatively low concentration so you get some of the resurfacing properties without the side effects (remember don’t use any retninol products without sun protection!) The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors: a good all round moisturizer with multiple amino acids, fatty acids, triglycerides, urea, ceramides, phospholipids, glycerin, saccharides, sodium PCA, hyaluronic acid and many other compounds that promote great hydration.
So yeah basically my dermatology obsessed nerd self is so excited. This isn’t my full routine by any means but wow does a good serum or two change the game🔥
But also eat your veggies and drink your water and wear SPF erryday.

Okay bye happy Thursday fraaaands❤️❤️❤️
