Breakfast smoothies are on hold, at least until I turn my heat on :)⠀<br />⠀<br />Currently chowing on chia pudding with all the fall flavors! I love meals that are more method than recipes.  It leaves room for creativity, to use whatever ingredients you have on hand, and allows for variety to keep from getting bored! ⠀<br />⠀<br />Here's what I have today:⠀<br />1/2 cup coconut milk (I used full fat Goya brand - WATCH the labels on cartons of coconut milk, lots of extra stuff in there you don't want) ⠀<br />2 tablespoons chia seeds⠀<br />Vanilla⠀<br />1 scoop collagen⠀<br />Apple⠀<br />Raisins⠀<br />RX Vanilla Almond Butter (change your life, I swear)⠀<br />Hemp Seeds⠀<br />⠀<br />Not pictured, @mirrorimagefarms bacon that I gobbled right out of the oven!⠀<br />⠀<br />You can use any type of milk that you usually use, and top with anything you have around! The 1/2 cup liquid to 2 tblsp chia will give you a firm pudding.  Experiment with seeds for your favorite consistency!⠀<br />⠀<br />On the topic of breakfast, I've gone from who knows how many cups of coffee in the morning to just one cup of half caff and my body is HAPPY.  Definitely doing a post on caffeine and adrenals next!⠀<br />⠀<br />Have a happy day, see the good <3⠀
