I’m presenting you my cannoli cream cake with mascarpone and ricotta cheeses, flavored with orange zest, rum and vanilla. Chocolate ganache and chocolate chips are totally optional. I love chocolate, so I believe it only made everything better 😀 This cake has a lovely creamy texture, but it doesn’t get smooth if that’s what you prefer. I actually like its rustic vibe 😊
