So, I made a post not to long ago, hinting at an upcoming project.
I've started work on it and thought I'd post a few more details.
So what this is, is a cover plate for an 8 track player bay, in a Fiat X 1/9. I was contacted in regards to whether or not I could replicate the piece, as the "clips" break often. As well as whether or not I could make some custom changes to the face of the piece. Then 3D print it.
So, what you see here, in the first picture, is my progress in #Fusion360 so far.
The second picture is the physical version I had available to me. Now, the center was cut out for another purpose, but you can see that only 1 "clip" still remains on either side.
The last two pictures are of what the part should look like.
