Didnt get to the gym today, had a rough night of bowling last night, and kind of had a rough day. But that wont stop me from picking up from where I left off yesterday, tomorrow. This is my 45th week of working out, and that means only 7 more weeks until I have completed a 1 year commitment to this life- it's hard to even fathom that I've done that 🤔💪😁❤😊 I'm pretty proud 😊
