Cloudy, blustery days are perfect for homemade New England style clam chowder. I make mine with organic potatoes and organic cream, the real stuff. Sure I’ll have to work it off, but it’s worth it (and it makes me happy 😊). Besides, it’s a ‘once-in-a-while’ supper, not something you would eat frequently. It only took 40 minutes from prep to plate (well, bowl), one of my faves 👌🏾
