Liv has given me the tools to enjoy balance. Mentally I have flourished. I have a bad day I move on. Rather than beating myself up. I eat ALL the yummy foods. No good, no bad. Balance. I’ve had PLENTY of weekends in the 3 months where I’ve blown out calories, not eaten according to plan. Struggled to get back on track. But with her checking in daily I’m always motivated to jump back on board. She’s helped me build habit! πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ I’m stronger physically and mentally. And so bloody proud. 4 weeks left of this current challenge and can’t wait to see how I go.
