TBT - so I can’t speak highly enough of my monkey she’s an awesome kid in so many ways with such an amazing spirit and energy and just the biggest heart ever. Like many kids she has such a curiosity about her. I know (and I’m married to) picky eaters. My daughter has never been picky with her food and she loves to experiment and try things (right now she’s insisting on trying steak and kidney pie I made and then wants to try bone marrow next... yup my kid!) but she’s also been in the kitchen since she was little - from helping pick what she wanted for lunches, to helping pack them, to eventually cutting and making her own; being involved in cooking and giving her a voice to say “hey I want to try making this with you”. Get your kids in the kitchen - it’s never to early and honestly aside from the house burning down the worst that’s going to happen is a mess (just don’t give them a box of corn starch and I promise it won’t be that bad to clean up!) .
