It "Needs" to be Difficult and Hard?
Do some of the things I say seem to easy?
Do you think "It sounds really nice and easy - but my life is hard and complicated? I don't have the energy or the time to do it". Who said changing your life must be difficult, hard and complicated? It is fear speaking. Stopping us before we even got started.
Love is the easiest thing in the world. If it was hard, then everyone could do it!
We are so used to overthinking, stressing and making things more complicated than they are. That we do it with love and life too <3
In fact, it's incredibly simple. So simple that your personality will revolt and fight with it. You are breaking with many years of automatic thinking and action.
So be overbearing with yourself if it seems too difficult or too easy to not even take the first small step and action on it.
It is actually an art form to do what seems complicated, easy and straightforward in a practical and effective way. So if you find a teacher or technique that makes it easy, then you've struck gold!
Why does life have to be a fight - second to second, minute to minute? That's definitely not true!
