But did I learn a helluva a lot and learn to push through and breathe in asanas and in life? YES. I had an amazing time on this journey, making new friends, making commitments to myself, and learning that my words matter. The words we say to ourselves and to others has a profound impact on our feelings, our actions, our reactions, and can change your life. you’re in control. you choose your words and you choose how you will listen.
