Major FOMO as many of my friends are getting ready to race Ironman 70.3 North Carolina tomorrow. Hate to be sitting on the sidelines for this race, but I decided that it’s in the best interest of my health to sit this one out, after battling flu this whole week 🤒

Super bummed because this is the fittest I have ever been leading up to a half Ironman, and was excited to put last 12 weeks of training to the test. Just trying to stay positive and believe that it’s OK to have a setback when you’re determined to comeback better than ever!
