Zion National Park was truly one for the books! You are in another world at this park, surrounded by million year old Mesa’s that have their own stories to tell. Zion has beautiful colors & deep roots of Indian history that is kept very sacred. Not to mention hikes that’ll kill — I am extremely proud of myself for completing the “Angles Landing Trail”. 10mi round trip of sharp and steep switchbacks, followed by rock climbing up the side of a cliff holding onto grounded chains for dear life..literally. At times my feet were less than 12in away from the cliffs edge of over 1,000ft elevation. It was challenging mentally and physically but so worth the views at the top! Respect for anyone who has completed this trail, we made it.
We lived on the edge at Zion and I learned how to curl my hair using nothing but a little water and gym socks. I’d say it was a win💪🏼💃🏼 ➟ “The Watchman”
