Sunrise in the garden this week 🌺 .
I’ve been dwelling this week on the idea of the hour before sunrise as “God’s Hour”. I’m a confirmed lark and the early mornings have always felt like the best time of day for me - I tend to be full of energy and positivity. And I love the idea of spending at least some of the pre-sunrise hour in contemplation, feeling grateful to have woken up to a new day 🙌🏻 .
I’ve been aiming to do this recently; sometimes quietly in the kitchen, more often on an early dog walk and once in the interlude from car park to train station. It feels very balancing; a sense of creating a good foundation for the day ahead. So I’d recommend you give it a try - and better now than in mid June when the hour before sunrise kicks off at 3am....😆
