This one is not steamed but barbequed and cooked in their special spicy red sauce..
Also served with schezwan noodles🍜and a soup🍵 which tasted quite ohk..but the momos specially were simply awesome..soft, yet tangy with the barbeque sauce was really worth trying this dish..would recommend to go for normal pan fried or tandoor momos than one with the sizzler
