Today, we are taking things simple (if you saw my post from before). But I want to share with you one of my FAVORITE tips and tricks.

My youngest shows no signs of being sick, but is showing signs of an ear ache. He is prone to ear infections. So before rushing him to the doctor and the antibiotics that would be waiting, I start a regimen at home and see if I can find him some relief first. I have my LITTLE EARS roller on hand; Basil, Melaleuca, and Lavender ready to go. Applied around the ear and down the back of the neck. And then I always add my immune support blend to encourage a healthy immune system in case he is starting to get sick and I don’t know it yet!

I enjoy having these tools on hand, to be able to JUMP on top of whatever issues we are facing. Compared to how long it takes waiting for an illness to show up, then waiting to get into the doctor, then waiting for meds and then waiting for them to kick in. Instead, I get ahead of the game and get those germ busters in his system, doin thurr thang to help combat before we do anything else!

And no, I am no doctor. I am just a mom wanting to offer her babies all the options. I definitely recommend not waiting long for the doctors visit if an ear infection looks worse because those can be serious!
