True story… I just locked myself out of my private office which I call my Lair. Everything I need is in it, all the lights are on, and I couldn’t figure out how I was going to get back in. I called the hubs from the landline - because my cell phone is locked in my office - he said he would call a locksmith later. Yikes.
Then I remembered there was a giant pile of keys when we moved in so I rounded them up. Honestly, as I tried key after key I was becoming frustrated and slightly panicky. But then I remembered to keep my brain in check and calmly make my way through the rest of the keys. I downshifted my brain back into an focused optimistic mode
No joke, a total miracle, one of the last keys worked. I was back in and totally psyched that I did not allow my brain to get away from myself. I’m calling that a win-win. #controlyourbrainoritwillcontrolyou -
