Yep, we’re talkin’ to you. We see you. (screens count). Frustration rising from another year coming to an end and still feeling stuck on that rollercoaster: working out and micromanaging your diet, working out and micromanaging your diet… Not getting anywhere. You’ve counted and measured, and restricted, but those 2018 goals are still waiting to be checked.

Your anxiety spikes with upcoming parties. How can you possibly stay “on track” through them? So instead, it’s easier to say “I’ll wait until after the holidays” because trying to “be good” is just too hard and stressful right now. So why bother? To ease the angst of not staying “on track” you desperately search for “healthy” versions of your favorite foods or grab a new pair of extra stretchy leggings. Fake it till you make it, right?

Wrong.

If you keep waiting for the ideal time to make change, you’re going to keep spending your time on that hamster wheel.

Shouldn’t your confidence and health be stronger than relying on the social schedule, travel plans or time of year? Many women don’t realize not only is it possible, it’s powerful! And it’s only when you learn to do so, that you finally abandon the “on track” and “off track” (exhausting) lifestyle.

When you stop attaching yourself to extreme “tracks” of counting and over working out, you can find ways to put structure in when there is seemingly none. When you understand digestion and gut health, holiday parties aren’t so intimidating. When you learn how to manage your mind, body, and belly cohesively and efficiently, you can always feel your best. Trust us, we figured it out.

Those thoughts of “it’s not the right time” (please let us know what “the right time” even looks like) or “it’s just too expensive” (but your night out at a bar is worth your money), our minds way of keeping us safe in our comfort zones.

Don’t listen.

We don’t grow in our comfort zones. Your comfort zone will keep you prisoner to feeling your best depending the uncontrollable. We can’t go through life dancing around circumstance to feel confident, clear and happy. We learn to create our own personalized “on track” that really never derails. We can get you there. Come MOVE.
