I started my day with a 2 mile bridge run and then did this little (mostly core) workout! Perform these as supersets and repeat each set 3x:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1A) 20x Plyometric split squats
1B) 20x Scissor crunch w/ hold
2A) 30x heel taps --> keep core engaged and back down
2B) 20x lemon squeeezers (I always do them cause I love them 😍)
3A) 10x plank knees to elbows
3B) 20x bicycle crunches
I finished by doing as many hanging leg raises as possible 😊
