Tiramisu has slowly but surely gained prestige in my mental Book of Desserts over the years. What was once considered nothing more than a boring, simple dessert that could (and still can) be found in almost any restaurant has morphed into a dessert I have a newfound appreciation for. This gradual change in perspective was due to a well-crafted tiramisu presentation my wife & I had at the Four Seasons a couple of years ago - a presentation we still indulge in quite often. That was, in my opinion, the best I’ve ever had. That changed this weekend, however. The team at @osteriapronto, which is located in the @jwmarriottatx was, by far, the most wonderful presentation of this timeless dessert. Not only that, but it’s arguably one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Period. I am already thinking about (and salivating over) the next time I can have it again 🤤
