I know my story saw the poll I ran of these two guitars as of yesterday (7 people voted out of 59 Hahaha), but I wanted to share the first picture I took of my two Ibanez S Series guitars together. People just absolutely love the blue one over any other guitar I’ve owned, and I can’t say I blame them. That’s the whole reason I had to have it! However, I’m really favoring the new one, not only because it’s new, but I love the gloss finish, the color, and how it sounds over the blue one right about now for rhythm, lead, and clean tones. By all means, the blue guitar should win in every category. It’s twice the price, better quality specs all around, and has aftermarket Seymour Duncan Nazgul/Sentient pickups. However, Ibanez just seemed to have nailed the design of the orange one because I’m not going to change a thing about it. It’s a beast just as it is. But here’s the twins for your visual enjoyment!
