This is just a loving reminder that even if your “selfcare practice” is a part of your daily habit..... it doesn’t mean it will always come easily.... but that doesn’t mean you quit!!

It means you get up and push play on that workout, even when you don’t feel like it!! It means you go to bed early INSTEAD of watching one more episode of Transparent (on season 3 #cantstopwontstop) 💜

It means Reminding the Lil’Jon in my head that perhaps we can “Get Low” at a later time and place, yea?!😆😆😆
